Most English families have a 'roast' dinner on Sunday.
This usually consists of roast meat; usually chicken, pork or beef
together with boiled and roasted vegetables and gravy sauce.
Roast potatoes are delicious and very easy to cook.

1. Heat oven to 200C.

2. Peel several medium sized potatoes.
¡¡¡¡ Cut in half and cover with oil.

3. Add salt, pepper and herbs to the potatoes.

4. Place on a baking tray and cook in the top part of the oven for 1 hour.
¡¡¡¡ Turn half way through.

5. Serve¡¡with tomato sauce.
